Brand Toolbox & Headshot Workshop
Join Amanda Freeman, owner of Mixie Design Co. and Creative Director of Women In Milford, for an engaging, hands-on workshop designed to help local women business owners strengthen their brand and show up online with clarity and confidence.
During this expert-led session, Amanda will guide attendees through building a practical “Brand Toolbox” filled with accessible free/low-cost resources to help you manage and promote your business. Together, we’ll explore tools and strategies for clarifying your brand message, organizing website content, planning social media posts, and presenting your business online in a polished and professional way. As part of the workshop, each attendee will have the opportunity to participate in a quick professional headshot session. You’ll receive 2 updated images delivered in an online gallery, perfect for refreshing your website, social profiles, and marketing materials. Participants will receive access to exclusive digital downloads and printed resources, including worksheets and planning guides to help you develop website content, generate social media ideas, and continue building your brand long after the event.
We will also invite one volunteer for a quick “hot seat” brand review, where Amanda will offer live feedback on a website, social profile, or brand presence so everyone can learn from real-world examples.

Amanda Freeman is a small business brand strategist, designer, and the owner of Mixie Design Co., as well as the Creative Director of Women In Milford. For more than a decade, she has worked closely with organizations to develop thoughtful, strategic brands that translate seamlessly across websites, social media, and marketing materials.
