As the holiday season begins, we’re gathering one more time this year for a Volunteer Day at HAVEN. There’s no better time to slow down, come together, and give back to our community. Haven continues to provide essential support and services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and we’re honored to spend part of the season helping however we can.

Our volunteer days are always centered around doing whatever work is needed most that day. From organizing donations and preparing spaces to sorting supplies or helping behind the scenes, every task plays a role in supporting the women and families Haven serves. It may not always be glamorous work, but it’s meaningful work — and it’s work that truly makes a difference.
One of the most special parts of Women In Milford is seeing women show up for one another again and again throughout the year. Community care matters, and giving even a few hours of your time can have a lasting impact on someone else’s life. We hope you’ll join us this December as we close out the year with kindness, compassion, and service.
