Stacy Russo
Meet Stacy Russo, founder of Survive and Thrive, LLC, a brand born from resilience and built on the belief that healing is deeply personal. After being diagnosed with breast cancer at just 39, Stacy found herself balancing treatment, motherhood, and work. "I started tracking everything—what I ate, how I felt, what medications I was on - and that notebook became my lifeline," she shares. When she couldn’t find a journal she felt good recommending to other patients, she decided to create one herself. That small act of care evolved into Survive & Thrive - a collection of wellness tools and reflection journals for anyone navigating their own health and life journeys.
Stacy’s journals are more than paper and prompts—they’re thoughtfully designed with empathy, practicality, and a whole lot of heart. “When a customer says, ‘I wish there was a journal for ___,’ I can go and create it,” she says. That kind of responsiveness has helped her expand from cancer-specific products to a wide range of offerings that encourage self-care, mindfulness, and wellbeing. Whether she’s behind the table at the Milford Farmers Market or chatting with someone online, she loves connecting with people and hearing how her creations are making a difference.
If you haven’t met Stacy yet, now’s the time to follow along. You can shop her journals online or catch her at the next Milford Farmers Market. Her story is a powerful reminder that we can turn the hardest seasons of life into something healing - for ourselves and others. Through every design, every conversation, and every market stand, Stacy’s mission stays the same: to help people feel seen, supported, and empowered - one page at a time.
